Patricia “Pat” Jensen

Patricia A. Jensen, 82, of Fargo, ND, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017, in Essentia Health, Fargo, ND. Pat was born July 28, 1934, in Fergus Falls, MN, to Orrin and Louise Boehm Gillette. Following school, Pat moved to Yankton, SD, where she met husband, Donald Jensen. Together they made their home in Yankton until moving to Fargo. Pat worked as a nurse’s assistant at Bethany Homes in Fargo for 28 years. After retiring, they moved to Boise, ID, for the nicer climate. She enjoyed traveling and their many road trips. Pat was a passionate Chicago Cubs fan and was happy to see them finally win the World Series. Most of all however, she loved her family. She will be dearly missed.

Pat is survived by her children, Don W. Paula of Boise, ID, Deborah Greg Jacobs of Ft. Mohave, AZ, Douglas of Boise, ID, DeeAnn Scott Boll of Ottertail, MN, Dara Helgeson of Moorhead, MN, Denise Burr of Denver, CO; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Ken Gillette of Dilworth, MN; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; grandson, Andrew; sister, Mary Clemenson; and brother, Keith Gillette.

Private family services will be held.
