Rique James Schill

Rique James Schill, 64, of Fargo, ND Passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND. Rique was born on September 2, 1952 in Fargo, ND. He grew up in Grand Forks, ND and attended Sacred Heart High School.
In 1969, at the age of 17, He enlisted in the army and served in South Korea and Vietnam. Upon his return, he lived in Jamestown, ND and enjoyed working a variety of farm and ranch jobs. A few years later, Rique attended North Dakota State University in Fargo and studied Psychology for two years did behavioral analysis work at Friendship Inc. for a brief period of time. In 1990, he met Rebecca Isakson of Fargo, ND and on June 14, 1991 they were married in Fargo. Rique started his career of installing and servicing garage doors for various companies. He retired after 25 years, most of that time worked with Overhead Door Company. After retirement, he transported RV’s across the country and loved the time he was able to spend traveling.
Rique is survived by his wife, Rebecca; Daughter Carly; from a previous marriage, Step-son Jermey Shipley and Step-daughter Trudy Jesse Wileman; Brothers, Mike, Steve and Greg; Sisters, Jean, Joni, and Kathi, and many other loving relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Myrtle Schill; Step-Father, Raymond Schill; Brothers, Louis, Mark, Ray Jr., and his sister Angel.
Services with take place on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 11:00 am at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead with a visitation beginning 1 hour prior to services.
