Sue Holte

Susan Holte, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, November 2, 2012 with her husband and four children by her side in Hartford, Connecticut. Sue was 66 years old.Sue was born to Vernon and Helen Peterson in Moorhead, MN and was raised in Moorhead. Sue has two sisters, Lynda Caldis Jack and Rennitta Okerlund Gene.Sue was married to Pete for 49 1/2 years. She is also the mother of Amber Hanson Joel Fargo, ND; Bret Holte Tracy Hendrum, MN; Chantel Carter Anthony Meriden, CT; Denette Narum Bill Moorhead, MN; 8 Grandchildren, and 1 Great grandchildSue was an active member of Bethel Evangelical Free Church, Vice President of the Child Evangelism Fellowship organization in Fargo/Moorhead, and a volunteer in the church nursery. She was employed by Curves for Women.Sue loved to spend time at the lake with family and visiting with people. She called her visiting her ministry.Her interests included gardening, baking, cleaning with Norwex, Bible Study, entertaining, decorating for every season imaginable and serving others.Sue also loved to travel. She and Peter took many trips including: the south, east, and western United States. Sue and Peter also went on multiple vacations with their family such as: Israel, Disney World, Jamaica, New York, Texas, Seattle and South Carolina.She was preceded in death by their infant; parents and grandparents.
