Beloved Mother, Grandmother,
Sister & Aunt
Age 81, formerly of Hawley, MN, passed away on February 25, 2013, in Shoreview, MN, after a courageous battle with bladder and brain cancer.
Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clark; siblings, Donald, John, Catherine Herbst, & Richard.
She is survived by her children, Christopher Cara, Sarah, & Matthew Kay; granddaughters, Rebecca, Megan, Nicole, & Carina; siblings, Mary Kuehl, Pat Fridgen, Margaret Mel Ristvedt, Sara Glenn Cook, & Charles Betty McDonald; sister-in-law, Joan Holmes; and many loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Friday, March 1, from 6-8 PM, with prayer service at 7 PM at Wright Funeral Home in Hawley, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial: 12 Noon Saturday, March 2, at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Hawley, MN.
Interment: Hawley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Therese Hospice or MCCL.
