Becky J. Martodam

Becky Martodam, 61, Moorhead, MN, died on Saturday, July 1, 2017.

Becky was born on September 30, 1955, in Breckenridge, MN, to Robert and Gertrude Kari Miller. She grew up and attended school in Mahnomen, MN, graduating from Mahnomen High School. She then attended Alexandria Tech in Alexandria, MN.

Becky married Jim Martodam on August 31, 1974 in Mahnomen and they made their home in Barnesville, MN. They moved to Hawley, MN and then to Woodbury, MN, eventually moving back to the area and settling in Moorhead to be closer to family.

Becky was a business service associate for Bremer Bank, at the corporate office in St. Paul, as well as in Fargo and Moorhead.
Becky enjoyed gardening and sewing. She especially loved her grandchildren who were the focus of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Martodam, Moorhead, MN; son, Jason Tami Paulson Martodam, Leeds, ND; daughter, Tracy David Gratton, Hawley, MN; grandchildren, Brady, Mason and Gavin Gratton, and Cole, Kasey, Ashley and Lane Martodam; sisters, Karen Martin White, Joan George Johnson and Heidi Becker.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; father-in-law George Martodam; brother-in-law Gary Becker; and sister-in-law Sandi Martodam.

Visitation: Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:30 PM at Wright Funeral Home, Hawley, MN.

Funeral: Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. James United Church of Christ, Barnesville, MN.

Interment: Hawley Cemetery, Hawley, MN.
