Betsy J. Anderson

Betsy J. Anderson, 87, of Moorhead, MN died Sunday, March 10, 2013, in Oak Crossing, Detroit Lakes, MN.

Betsy Jane was born on November 9, 1925, in Dagmar, MT, to Oscar and Myrtle Wilcox Rose. She lived most of her life in North Dakota and Minnesota. Most recently she lived in Oak Crossing in Detroit Lakes, MN for the last 2 ½ years. Betsy has been retired for several years from housekeeping at various hospitals. She enjoyed music, dancing and going out to eat.

She is survived by three daughters, Rita Steve Saylor, Cloquet, MN, Connie James Baillargeron, New Port, RI and Luree Mercer, Pelican Rapids, MN; son, Steve Connie Niemi; two sisters; twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Betsy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ed Niemi and later, husband, Cyril Anderson; two daughters, Phyllis and Virginia; son, Mike; granddaughter Vicki and grandson, Keith.
