Douglas Slocum, 76, West Fargo, ND, died Friday, June 26, 2015 at Sanford Health in Fargo.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel; son, Todd, West Fargo; grandsons Bradley Sara, Grand Forks Air Force Base, and Steven, Grand Forks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clair and Adeline; sister, Caryl Gary Thompson.
Pursuant to Douglas and his family’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no service.
