Ione O. Larson

Ione was born September 29, 1927, to Elmer and Evelyn Loe Hagen in Northwood, ND, where she grew up and attended rural country school. On June 20, 1954, she married Lloyd Larson in Northwood. Together, they farmed and raised their six children in rural Lake Park. In 1977, they retired from farming and moved in to Lake Park. She then worked at Bec-Lin Foods for several years. She enjoyed needlework and embroidery, cooking and baking, but most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. Ione is survived by her children, LeRoy Deb Larson, Lake Park, MN, LaVonne Paul Molacek, Callaway, MN, Lawrence Sue Larson, Detroit Lakes, MN, Linda Larson, Fargo, ND, Lynette Brian Mischke, Horace, ND, and LuAnn Dave Brakken Larson, Horace, ND; seventeen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; sister, Eleanor Clarence Olson, Larimore, ND; and niece, Carol Ed Buchanan, Larimore, ND.She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; parents; and brother, Clair Hagen.
