Jan Perkins Lee, 73, Fargo, ND, died on Friday, June 7, 2013, surrounded by her family in Essentia Health, Fargo, ND.

Janice Elaine Perkins was born on July 8, 1939, in Hawley, MN, to Fred and Nina Quam Perkins. She grew up and attended rural school there, graduating from Hawley High School in 1957.

Jan married James V. Marchand in 1958. She later married Greg Selzler in 1969. She was a homemaker for much of her life, and in her later years worked as a housekeeper at T.N.I. and Bethany Homes, in Fargo.

She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, bingo, soap operas and had a green thumb. She loved spending time with her family. Her faith was important to her.

Jan is survived by her son Joel Selzler, Eagen, MN; daughters Deborah Rosenfeldt, Fargo, Michelle Kurt Savageau, Glyndon, MN, Robin Marchand, Fargo, Tamie Marchand, DesMoines, IA; brothers Kenneth Marge Perkins, Glyndon, MN, William Delores Perkins, Kansas City, KS; sisters June Bob Jurick, Cleveland, OH, Daryl Bob Liljequist, Dilworth, MN, Betty Hill, Dilworth, MN, Donna Chlopek, Dilworth, Mn; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
