Jeffrey James “Jeff” Streifel

Jeffrey James “Jeff” Streifel, 63, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on June 29, 2022, in his home in Moorhead. He was born on May 20, 1959, in Harvey, ND, to Henry and Delores (Heilman) Streifel.

Jeff attended Esmond Public Schools. He married the love of his life, Terri Martinez, on December 3, 2005, in Talent Oregon. Together, they had four children. He worked in various occupations throughout his life and enjoyed new adventures and seeing the country.

Jeff was an amazing cook and quite the handyman. He was a generous man who loved his wife and family more than life itself. His sense of humor was one of the most appealing things about him.

Jeff will be missed dearly by his family. His wife, Terri, and his mother-in-law cared for Jeff throughout his illness. There was no better caretaker than “his” Terri.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Terri; children, Jeremiah (Jordyn), Issac (Hailee Gruchow), Conrad, and Tevon Streifel; grandchildren, Bryson and Emberlyn Streifel, and Saddie Streifel; siblings, Susan (Bob Alvestad) Kraft, Barbara (Harlan) Jensen, Cy Streifel, Jola Streifel, and Carrie (Mike) Smith; mother-in-law, Barbara Dees; and many other loving relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Delores; brother, Timothy Streifel; sister, Idona Wolfe; brother-in-law, Tom Kraft; brother-in-law, Erik Martinez; and father-in-law, LeRoy Martinez.
