Leon "Lee" Amble

Lee was born on May 3rd, 1936 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. His pain from cancer was lifted on Monday May 19th, 2025 at the age of 89.

He is survived by Janet (Jan), his wife of 68 years and 3 children; Tim (Emmy), Tammy (Steve Linn) and Twila. He will also be missed by 10 grandchildren an 14 great grandchildren.

Thanks go to Maggies Hospice of Prescott Arizona and Hospice of the Red River Valley who made his last days less painful.

A graveside service will be held on August 2nd, at 2 PM, at West Walle Church, rural Thompson ND. The service will be followed by lunch and a time of sharing at Sertoma Park 3300 11th Ave S in Grand Forks.
