Lori Ann Elliott-Rheault

Lori Ann (Voss) Elliott-Rheault, 68, of West Fargo, ND, formerly of Hawley, MN, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022, in her home in West Fargo, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous 2.5 year battle with cancer.

Lori was born on April 20, 1954, to Robert and Marlys (Bueng) Voss, in Fargo, ND. She grew up in Hawley, MN, where she attended and graduated from Hawley High School in 1972. She went on to attend Moorhead Tech where she graduated with an associate degree in 1974. She was united in marriage to Ron Elliott in 1974. Living in Moorhead, they welcomed one daughter, Sarah, in 1980. Lori was united in marriage to Ron Rheault on June 14, 1986, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Hawley, MN. They welcomed daughter, Ashley, in 1987, and son, Andrew, in 1990. Lori and Ron moved to Harwood, ND, in 1986 where they raised their family. Lori began her in home daycare serving families in the Harwood area. In 2006, they moved to West Fargo, ND, where Lori decided to help raise her grandchildren.

Lori enjoyed spending time with her family on Tamarac Lake, at their family lake home of 35 years. She also enjoyed gardening, watching the sunsets and local wildlife, and was a collector of many special things. Above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and her family.

Lori is survived by her loving husband, Ron; children, Sarah (Derrick) Lundstrom, Ashley (Keith) Faber, Andrew (Emily) Rheault, Anthony (Rachelle) Rheault, Corbin (Jennifer) Rheault, and Melissa (Don) McDougall; grandchildren, Savannah, Ava, Elijah, Isaiah, and Zeke Lundstrom, Elsie, Aubrey, and Eli Faber, Easton, Hudson, Asher, Oliver, and baby girl (on the way) Rheault, Sophia and Logan Rheault, Landon and Charlotte Rheault, McKenzie, Jadyn, Carson, Jameson, and Ella McDougall; mother, Marlys Voss; siblings, Doug Voss (Sharon Parmer) and Tami (Scott) Stillwell; sister-in-law, Marcie Voss; and many other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Voss, and her beloved pet, Charlie.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M, followed by the prayer service at 7:00 P.M., on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Wright Funeral Home, Hawley, MN. Visitation will continue from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 A.M., Friday, December 2, 2022, at Hawley Lutheran Church, Hawley, MN. Burial will be at Hawley Lutheran Cemetery, Hawley, MN, at a later date.
