Merne Dorothy Manor (nee Lindemann)

Born to life, November 21, 1944. Born to eternal life, December 20, 2024, age 80. Preceded in death by her husband Butch (Harold) Manor, and her parents Glenn H and Dorothy G (nee Steffen) Lindemann. Surviving are her son, Glenn P (Erica) Manor; her grandchildren, Sheryl Merne Manor and Jeana Rose Manor; her siblings, Glenn W (Kathy) Lindemann, Trudy B (Paul) Hawley, and William E Lindemann. Merne is also survived by her beloved congregational family at Faith Journey Lutheran Church in West Fargo, ND. Special thanks to BrendaJo Gillund for her care, compassion and friendship. Merne held a Master of Arts in Russian History from UW-Madison and a Master of Divinity from Luther Theological Seminary. A memorial service will be held at Faith Journey Lutheran Church, West Fargo, ND on Saturday, May 17, 2025, 11am, with lunch to follow, with burial in Houlton Cemetery, near Hudson, WI.
