Pearl I. Helm, 90, of Fargo, ND, passed away at home under the care of family and Sanford Hospice on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Pearl was born December 31, 1934, in Kewanee, IL, to Perry and Minnie (Thompson) Cox. On September 23, 1955, Pearl married Wesley Helm at Calvary Baptist Church in Kewanee, IL. Together they made their home in Fargo and started a family. Over the years, Pearl enjoyed reading her bible and mowing her yard.

Pearl is survived by her children, Kathy (Bill) Brandt, Roseau, MN; Wesley (Neri) Helm Jr., Fargo, ND; son-in-law, Scott Schneider; nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 1 brother, Ernie Cox.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley; daughter, Vickey Schneider; her parents; and 6 brothers, Elmer, Lonnie, Ollie, Walter, Art, and Clarence.

Pearl will be laid to rest with her husband at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan, ND.
