Randy Lee Ulmer, 58, Fargo, son of Norman and Louella Ulmer, passed away peacefully at home with his family present on November 6, 2014, after a short battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Candace, his mother, daughters Amber Frank Eckert and Sara Ulmer, step-children Jessica Rick McGuire, Jaime Neubauer and Scott Neubauer, grandchildren Cambria, Ethan, Shaun, Ava, Gracie, Hunter, Ruby and Shelby, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He was preceded in death by his father, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
