Terry Branden

Terry Duane Branden, 66, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND. Family and friends were by his side. Terry was born August 27, 1959, in Bismarck, ND, to Duane and Connie (Homme) Branden. At an early age, the family moved to Houston Texas and then to North St. Paul, MN where Terry grew up and attended school. He loved competing in sports, especially Football. He was a starter on the team in a class of 385 his senior year with the North high Polars. He was a great Basketball player also but excelled in golf. At times he made money playing high stakes pool. He was talented and excelled at any sport with a ball involved. Following high school, Terry began working. He trained with the Union as a plaster professional and was a master of the trade. He took pride in his work and worked hard until his health wouldn’t allow it any longer. Terry also loved music and having a good time with friends. He will be remembered for his personality, work ethic and the way he treated others.

Terry is survived by his brothers, Mitch Branden, Blaine Branden and sister Karen Branden (Dennis Jacobs)

He was preceded in death by his son, Chad; and parents, Duane and Connie.
