Veronica Lynn Stoltz

Loved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and friend, Veronica Lynn Stoltz, 49, of Frazee, MN, left us to be with her beloved mother on November 15th, 2021, when she ended her journey at the Sanford Hospital surrounded by the ones who loved her most.

Veronica was born June 18th, 1972, in Anaheim, CA to Phyllis (Wolf) Baker and Gordon H. Burnside Jr. She grew up and graduated from Ulen-Hitterdahl, MN in 1990.

Veronica had two children, Ashley and Dakota Collins, that she loved very much even though they drove her insane at times. Veronica’s daughter Ashley gave Veronica four grandchildren that she loved more than life itself and was happiest when she got the chance to be with them.

Veronica most recently married Joey Stoltz. She has lived in several places before her last place with Joey and their multiple pets in Frazee.

Veronica enjoyed many things such as her coffee, her 2 dogs, 2 cats and her turtle. She also adored Olaf and anything with Star Wars. Even with all the love she had to share her true passion and love was for any chance she got to see or spend time with her grandchildren.

She will greatly be missed by her husband, Joey Stoltz, of Frazee, MN; children, Ashley Collins of Fargo, ND, Dakota (April) Collins of Casselton, ND; her brother Dave (Dawn) Burnside of Seattle, WA, her sisters Valerie (Scott) Ligon of Jacksonville, NC, Sabrina (Shane) Kluth of Moorhead, MN and her grandchildren Anilighi, Leela, Sofi, & Gabriel. Veronica has many nieces, nephews and other family and friends that will surely miss her.

Veronica is preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Phyllis & Mike Baker.
