Yvonne Weiss, 87, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Serenity Memory Care, Dilworth, MN.

Von was born to Robert and Myrtle Jones. She grew up in Moorhead and graduated from Moorhead High School. In her later years, she enjoyed helping plan several class reunions.

On November 28, 1958, she married Glenn Weiss, the love of her life. Together they made their home in Moorhead. Von worked at Bell Telephone Company for 30 years.

Von loved to bake, go on walks, the sunshine, and crochet (she made each grandchild one). Von and Glenn loved going to the Casino. She also served on the funeral committee at Our Saviors Lutheran Church.

Von is survived by her sons, Dean (Kathy) of Harwood, ND, Ken (Kathy) of Dilworth, MN, Brad (Jill) of Hawley, MN; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn.

The family would like to thank Serenity and HIA Hospice for all the great care given.
